I took my elderly aunt who needed significant help with her overgrown and very thick toenails. Martene was so patient and kind as this service was new to us and we didn't know what to expect. She explained her hygiene process and the steps she maintains to keep her services sterile. She asked my aunt a couple of times to speak up if she feel any pain or discomfort - which never occurred. Martene educated us in ways to better care for my aunt's feet. She did not rush through our appointment but was tedious in doing the absolute best for my aunt. It was such a blessing to meet someone so kind who took pride in her skills and seemed to truly enjoy helping others. We have already made our next appt so Martene can continue to maintain and improve my aunt's feet.
